A hearty loaf with a rich malty flavour. Wright’s Malty Bread Mix combines malted wheat flakes, bran and malt flour for bread with a lovely aroma and a little bite. Make a loaf or rolls, and add your favourite ingredients to make it your own.

Bake it by hand or in a bread machine. Suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.
