Description

A light loaf with a little crunch. Wright’s Oat & Linseed Bread Mix combines white flour, pinhead oats, oat fibre and linseeds to make bread that’s lovely sliced for sandwiches or toasted for breakfast. It makes great rolls, too.

Bake it by hand or in a bread machine. Suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.
