Made for tearing and sharing. Wright’s Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Bread Mix brings together garlic and fragrant rosemary in a savoury bread. Add olive oil, dimple the dough and bake as three smaller rounds or one large focaccia. Try topping it with olives or onions, or use the mix for a pizza base.

Make it by hand or in a bread machine. Suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.
