Mixing: Blend Mini Donut Mix with water (normal addition is 50% of dry mix weight) to a smooth consistency. Whole bag recipe: 12.5kg mix + 6.25kg water. Small test recipe: 1kg mix + 0.5kg water. Ideal batter temperature 21-24°C (70-75°F). Do not over-mix.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Whole Dried Egg, Modified Starch, Raising Agents: E450(i), E500, Defatted Soya Flour, Whey Powder (Milk), Salt, Flavouring, Buttermilk Powder, Maize Starch.
