Wright's Scofa has the distinctive taste and texture of traditional soda bread. It contains high fibre, coarse wheat bran and is easily produced requiring no rising. Unsuitable for bread machines, unless baked on the "cake" programme. Scofa can be used for cakes, bread and rolls, biscuits and buns. It is now only available in this 16kg sized product. Scofa is ideal as a quick nourishing lunch or special teatime treat. A delicious and healthy alternative to the every day loaf that is perfect for anyone missing fresh bread on a yeast free diet
