Description

Ciabatta with a light, open texture, fresh from your own oven. Add water and a little olive oil to Wright’s Classic Ciabatta Bread Mix to make two loaves from one pack. Enjoy them as they are, add chopped olives, or use the mix to make focaccia or a deep pan pizza base.

Bake by hand, or use half a pack in a bread machine. Suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.
