Description

1kg - Wright's Orange Zest Cake Mix 450ml - Water METHOD: Place the cake mix into a bowl fitted with a beater and then gradually stream in the water. Mix on slow for 2 minutes and scrape down thoroughly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Bake off as required - (see guidance notes). GUIDANCE NOTES Loaf Cake Tin Scaled at 400g (14oz) - Bake at 180°C (360°F), Gas Mark 4 for 50 – 60 minutes. Round Cake Tin Scaled at 450g (1 lb) - Bake at 180°C (360°F), Gas Mark 4 for 50 – 60 minutes. Sheet 760x455mm (30x18") Scaled at 4kg 560g (10lb 1oz) - Bake at 170°C (340°F), Gas Mark 3.5 for 30 minutes.
