Ingredients
- Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix 5 x 500g
- Wright's Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix 500g
- Golden Syrup 50g
- Crunchy Peanut Butter 100g
- Chocolate Chips 50g
- Vegetable Oil 60ml
- Water 200ml
- Chopped Mixed Nuts 25g
- Chocolate Chips 15g
MAKING BY HAND
METHOD: (makes 12-15 portions)
Mix together all the ingredients listed under “CAKE” to make a batter.
Pour this into a well greased or pre-lined oblong baking tray (approx. 27×17.5cm / 11″x 7″).
Mix together the chopped nuts and chocolate chips listed under “DECORATION” and sprinkle these evenly over the top of the cake.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) gas mark 4 for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Remove from the tray and cut into squares.
