How to create an Anti-Gravity Cake with Wright’s Mixes

  • BAKE: 50 - 55 minutes
  • SERVES: 12

METHOD

For this you need the giant cupcake mould and our step by step instructions on the links here.

Using 750g of mix (a pack & a half of your favourite Wright’s cake mix).

Surround the cake with buttercream and stick on the chocolate fingers then cover the top with buttercream and stick on the chocolate buttons.

For the buttons that need placing to look like they are falling, use melted chocolate to stick the buttons together and for that all important anti-gravity bag, tape a lolly stick into the bag at an angle then use the melted chocolate to stick some buttons to the stick itself – making sure you cover most of it but leave part of the base of the stick so you can push it into the cake.

Jackie does this the day before and leaves it in the fridge so the chocolate sets thoroughly.

First time I have used a bought mix will do it again absolutely delicious!
