This year’s Cake & Bake Show

Thanks we had a great show last weekend 5th – 7th October with a few baking celebrities such as Paul Jagger and his lovely wife Viv.  Andrew Smythe & James Hillery of Great British Bake Off fame also stopped by.

As usual a very well organised and well attended show so a massive thanks to all staff who helped us, especially Claire & Sam, Kirsten, Rosie, Holly, Alisha & Toby.

Richard had a full theatre of people for his adventurous demonstrations with both our Antipasti Schiacciata and a Strawberry Madeira Mousse Cake.  Richard attracts a large audience because he is a good home cook and I think people realise there is not a team of people preparing behind the scenes it really is just him, a handful of ingredients and a bread and cake mix.

We sold out of Cake Mixes by 3pm on the Sunday and want to send a huge thanks to all of you who stopped at our stand this year to buy or just to say hi.
