Baked by You: January’s highlights

Let’s start with some bakes using our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix… This glorious cake was made for what was probably a very very happy 11 year old! They used our cake mix, decorated with Kit Kats and lots of chocolate on the top. Yum!

Thank you to customer Wendy for baking these chocolate brownies and toffee tray bake with our mixes… She says they’re so good she’s had to hide some from her husband! Here’s our brownie recipe if you’d like to try out your own.

Thank you to Botley Mills Country Store for using our Cheddar & Sundried Tomato Mix to bake this lovely loaf. If you want to give this loaf a go, we suggest adding in some chopped sundried tomatoes or black olivesto make it even tastier.

Delicious Chelsea Buns from Cherry Willows Kitchen on Instagram, who was taking part in the #TwitterBakeAlong last month. This was made with our Premium White Bread Mix and filled with clementine curd, muscovado sugar and chopped dried apricots in the style of a tear and share.

Decorated with drizzled zesty lemon icing, they’re perfect with a cuppa. 

And the award for the cutest baker goes to…

Thank you Riley for using our Toffee Cake Mix, your cake looks great! This mix is available in Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Our mixes are so easy to use, making them ideal for families to enjoy baking with together.

Another glorious celebration cake was made this month. Any Baileys fans out there?

Creative baker Hannahbaked a chocolate Baileys cake for a lucky friend’s 60th birthday. She used our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix to create three layers, filled and topped with Baileys chocolate ganache. Then decorated with mini bottles and Baileys chocolate. Incredible!
