Baked by You: February’s highlights

In the month of Valentine’s, the Wright’s team were also feeling the love with all of the customer photos we received of your magnificent bakes. Below are some of our favourites…
Thank you to our regular customer and GBBO contestant Val Stone for baking these delicious bread buns a couple of weeks ago. You can see how she made them on her Instagram. Val took some of our mixes on a family visit to New York, and also baked some hot cross buns using our Premium White Bread Mix. They’re in her sister’s freezer ready for her to enjoy over Easter. Marvellous!
Hannah on Twitter had fun one weekend in February, making these traybakes with her 4 year old daughter using our Toffee Cake Mix. They look splendid and we hope you enjoyed them.
Use our bread mixes to make lovely rolls like Mrs Jones, who baked a batch to go with her homemade fig jam. Add your favourite filling or just slather on some butter and dip into some homemade soup! The perfect winter warmer.
Our Mixed Grain Bread Mix is high in fibre, made with nine different grains and seeds. Find it in Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and Amazon.
Another bread baked for lunchtime with homemade soup – the perfect lunch idea while the weather’s still chilli. These baguettes were baked by a customer who used our Oat & Linseed Bread Mix, paired with a homemade curried pumpkin & lentil soup. That’s lunch sorted for the week!
Lots more bakes have been made by our regular customer who goes by the name LDN bread on Instagram. Always using our white flour to make delicious loafs, yummy pizzas, and a first try in February at focaccia!
Our baking mixes can be enjoyed by all ages. Here’s Marley cooking up a storm with our Orange Cake Mix, topped with cream cheese frosting and mini carrot decorations. It looks fabulous!
