Baked by You: July’s Highlights

Summer is well and truly here and we’re reflecting on the amazing bakes that Wright’s customers have created during the month of July. If you’ve made a creation with one of our Wright’s products, we want to hear from you. Feel free to send it in or tag us in your social media post, and we might feature you in our next Baked by You highlights.
Niki on Instagram has cleverly combined cake and ice cream to make these mint chocolate cake ice cream bars! Simply bake your cake into a square brownie tin, allow to cool, slice, and fill with your favourite ice cream before popping in the freezer for another half hour before devouring. This is how you make a tear and share bread! This was done by a previous GBBO contestant with our Ciabatta Bread Mix. A spoonful of poppy seeds was added to every other round, then it was glazed with hazelnut oil before baking. Delicious.
It just baked up beautifully in that Bundt tin – we call this the Ciabundtta Loaf!
