We’re returning to the Cake and Bake Show…

We’re excited to share that Wright’s will be taking part in the Cake & Bake Show every day from Wednesday, 27th November, to Sunday, 1st December, and we’d love for you to visit us there. Find us on stand C395 and get your hands on our delicious cake mixes (including the Carrot Cake Mix and Scone Mix which aren’t found in supermarkets!).

Don’t miss our daily demonstrations at the Baking Super Theatre between 10.45am and 11.15am, where we’ll be whipping up some festive favourites.

We’ll show you how to use our bread mix to make scrumptious Christmas Breakfast Bread. It’s the perfect way to keep those morning hunger pangs at bay until it’s time for Christmas dinner.

If you’re craving something sweet, we’ll also create our festive twist on a German Christmas classic, Black Forest Gateau. This indulgent dessert is perfect for treating yourself during the 12 days of Christmas or even before, if you can’t resist!

Bellini Cake

This brand new recipe is perfect to bake and enjoy all year round or for a special occasion. It combines prosecco and peaches to create that lovely, Bellini flavour.

Who’s tried making a marble cake with our mixes before like Sammie?

Sammie used our Madeira & Chocolate Fudge Cake Mixes to create a stunning birthday Chocolate Marble Cake. She filled and topped it with chocolate fudge icing, and decorated it with white chocolate stars, Maltesers and edible glitter.

The Madeira Mix is available in ASDA, Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. The Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix is available at Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

A fresh loaf, brushed with sesame oil and topped with sesame seeds for extra flavour and crunch. Lovely.

Weekends are made for baking. A deliciously crusty loaf made with our Oat & Linseed Bread Mix, available in Morrisons.

Bev, one of our customers, recently baked some scrumptious toffee muffins using our Toffee Cake Mix. This mix creates light muffins that are perfect for any occasion. Just add water and oil, and you’re ready to bake delicious treats every time.
