Customer Bakes

One of our customers needed to bake bread in a hurry for their sourdough starter. Luckily, they had our Mixed Grain Bread Mix in their cupboard. With its quick and easy preparation, they were able to make this delicious loaf in no time!

You can find our Mixed Grain Bread Mix at Booths, Shoprite, Ocado, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.

These triple chocolate muffins look delicious and they are easy to bake too. Just remember to add 100g each white, milk and dark chocolate chips to the Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix.

You can pick up the Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix in Booths, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Shoprite and Tesco.

Soup season is officially here, and nothing pairs better with a warm bowl than freshly baked bread smothered in salted butter. Customer Ellie has perfected the combo, serving her homemade spicy red pepper & tomato soup with a homemade mixed grain loaf. Find the Mixed Grain Bread Mix in Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Ocado.

Meanwhile, Sammie has wowed us by combining two of our favourite cake mixes to create this splendid Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bundt Cake ? Want to try it yourself? She’s kindly shared the recipe on her website.
