“Well here you are…a real, unsolicited, consumer’s appreciation e-mail! I’ve never done this before, but having just had 2 slices of your Parmesan and sun dried tomato bread still warm from the breadmaker, I was so impressed with the product I was moved to e-mail you and wake up my husband to give him a piece. He approved! (an accolade similar to Mr Del Monte and his tinned fruit) I had not come across your company before, and I was very sceptical about the ready mix as I have never tried anything out of the ordinary before in my bread maker. So often you buy something which claims to have such and such flavours but they are insipid and disappointing considering the premium price you have paid for it. However the simplicity of this mix and the DEEEE-licious result is almost unbelievable. The loaf was so light in texture, and had a nice blend of flavours detectable on the palate. I only hope it is fresh enough to eat tomorrow cos I filled up on the roast pork and can’t do the loaf justice this evening. This bread is delicious completely on its own…usually I would want to spread liberally with a buttery spread ..but the flavour is so satisfying it would probably ruin it. Anyway….congratulations you have a convert…..I will be off tomorrow to restock with another bread mix to have to hand when I next have a craving for a tasty piece of fresh bread! Best Wishes”
