Alan Retires

Bit of a bittersweet day as Alan Cave retires after 30 years dedicated service to our mill as Director + his commitment & service to the milling industry. Staff gathered around at Wright’s packing facility at Delta Park in Enfield, which Alan designed, to say goodbye. Lovely words were said by David Wright who has held Alan as his right arm man & friend. Richard Hawes, National Account Manager & Michael from production said some lovely words but Factory Manager, Eric had us all in tears as he felt Alan had been more of a father figure & bought out the very best from the staff. We all will miss you Alan, thank you & enjoy a wonderful retirement.

Over the years, Alan has made an enormous contribution to the business and will be missed by everyone. There were lots of laughs, reminiscing, a few tears & cupcakes – of course. Thank you for all you have done Alan and here’s to a happy retirement.
