A “WRIGHT” NOVEL WAY OF MEASURING OUT YOUR WRIGHT’S CAKE MIX!

Could I suggest Brian’s novel way of measuring out the correct amount of mix for a standard Muffin Case?

1: Fill and level with a knife a standard ice cream scoop (55mm diameter).

2: Squeeze out mixture into prepared cases.

3: Remember to put cases into tins first!

This has proved to be exactly the correct amount and saves messing about with spoons etc.  It’s very clean, easy and accurate.

The Chocolate Fudge Mix pictured here makes 15 Muffins using this measure and it leaves just space in the cases to decorate the tops.

Thanks Brian for your helpful tips – best wishes Deb the Bread
