Baked by You: April’s highlights

Celebrating Easter weekend in the middle of April meant we saw lots of new customer bakes using both our Bread and Cake mixes. See April’s highlights below…
First up, we have an airfryer loaf baked by David on Twitter. We don’t know the exact details, but David says he used our Premium White Bread Mix, adding a teaspoon of sugar, a knob of butter, three rashers of smoked bacon (cooked) and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Cooked it in Ninja foodi – proved twice and then steam baked 180 for 20 mins. We’re impressed!
A splendid Victoria Sponge baked by Sammie with our Madeira Cake Mix. To make it extra special, Sammie made the jam herself. Something ideal to bake next week to celebrate the Coronation!

Something indulgent that was enjoyed at Easter… Customer Paul used our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix to make this incredible cake, with Malteser buttercream inside and outside, a layer or melted chocolate sauce topped with Maltesers. Who wants a slice?
Look at that gooeyness… Customer Melissa baked chocolate muffins using our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix, stuffed them with strawberry jam and topped them with a lovely layer of chocolate buttercream.
Customer Mike baked these beauties using our Cheddar & Sundried Tomato Bread Mix, for his daughter and partner who loved it. He said he’s making more soon with added parmesan.
