Baked by You: August’s Highlights

The month of August was clearly cake! Here are some of the most delicious recipes our customers have made this month.

These indulgent chocolate cupcakes have been made with biscoff & salted caramel butter cream. Thank you to customer Maggie for sending us this photo.

Talented baker Susan has kindly sent in this impressive collection of her bakes using our Madeira & Chocolate Fudge Cake Mixes! Wow. She says:

“The results are amazing everytime and the taste is exceptional. I’ve been using your cake products for years, I tell everyone about them especially when people ask me what the best cake recipe is and how do I get mine to taste so lovely everytime.”

Sammie is a customer of our who recently made this dreamy chocolate fudge cake – the softest chocolate fudge cake, draped in a chocolate fudge icing and adorned with chocolate caramel biscuit balls. You can find Sammie’s full recipe here. If you give it a go, let us know!

Niki on Instagram has created these white chocolate and carrot cake pops! Ideal for using up leftover cake – if there’s such a thing. Simply add some frosting, white chocolate chips and roll your cake mixture into balls. Pop in the fridge for an hour or so, coat with white chocolate, and pop into the fridge again for another hour to set before enjoying. Have a closer look here.
