Baked by you: December’s highlights

Starting December’s highlights with this festive tear and share. Our Cheddar & Onion Bread Mix made into rolls and stuffed with mozzarella. Thank you Jill for sharing!

A very delicious looking Ginger, Lebkucken & Chocolate Fudge Cake made by Niki using our Ginger Cake Mix. Topped with chocolate fudge frosting, crumbled lebkuchen cookies a dusting of gold dust and icing sugar.

This time a festive sweet treat… Customer Sarah putting her new bundt pan to great use with a festive bake! They used our instant fruit cake recipe (find it on our website) and our Toffee Cake Mix to create this lovely cake, decorated with lemon icing, silver balls and gold shimmer. And used leftover mix to bake Christmas cake cookie nuts!

Our Madeira Cake Mix with Foodie Flavours’ lemon extract, topped with white chocolate and lemon curd. A tasty combination made by customer Michelle.

Lovely carrot cake muffins made with our Carrot Cake Mix by Karen, with added walnuts and topped with cream cheese frosting.
