Baked by You: May’s highlights

We saw lots of bakes that were fit for a King this month during the celebrations of King Charles’ Coronation. Below are our bread and cake highlights.

Customer Sammie created this Union Jack Sponge Cake, a lovely cake to celebrate the Coronation weekend. She kindly wrote a recipe so you can bake it too for your next UK themed celebrations. Just swap the cake ingredients with our Madeira Cake Mix!

And another one by Sammie, a Celebration Cake made with our Madeira Cake Mix & Prosecco. Inspired by the Coronation robes and gowns worn by Queen Camilla, The Princess of Wales and Princess Charlotte.

Customer Mike baked these beauties using our Cheddar & Sundried Tomato Bread Mix, for his daughter and partner who loved it. We bet the kitchen smelt amazing!

Cheese & Onion rolls baked by another customer on Instagram. Our Cheddar & Onion Mix contains a blend of cheese, crisp fried onions, a hint of herbs and mustard for this ever popular savoury bread! Find it in Asda & Booths.

These cupcakes were made with our Madeira Cake Mix to make 12 cupcakes, then topped with whipped cream, a strawberry and a dark chocolate drizzle. So simple yet super yummy!

And last but not least, more cupcakes! Made with our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix topped with golden syrup and biscoff buttercream and toffee popcorn. Thank you to our customer Maggie for sharing and we hope you enjoyed them.
