METHOD
1. Make the dough following the instructions on the pack.
2. Rest the dough for an hour and then place on a greased baking tin of choice.
3. Using your hands, spread the dough on the tin evenly and make sure you poke deep holes to reach the bottom (otherwise the focaccia will dome like a bread!)
4. Top with toppings of your choice and make sure to push them into the holes. We topped ours with some seasonal blackberries, brie, olive oil and rock salt.
5. Bake following the instructions on the pack.
6. Add a drizzle of honey when out the oven.
