Ginger & Apple Crumble Cake

Ingredients

Ginger Cake Mix 5 x 500g
  • Ginger Cake Mix 5 x 500g
  • 200ml water
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 2 apples grated
  • APPLE FILLING
  • 2 apples, peels & sliced
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • CRUMBLE
  • 120g flour
  • 70g sugar
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

ADD TO BASKET

METHOD

1. Mix the water and oil with the ginger cake mix. Fold in the grated apple.
2. Combine the sliced apple with the cinammon and light brown sugar.
3. Separately, combine he flour, sugar, coconut oil and 1 tsp cinnamon.
4. Pour the cake mix into a large, round cake tin, add the apple slices, then top with the crumble.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180.c
