Orange Zest Loaf Cake

Place the cake mix into a bowl fitted with a beater and then gradually stream in the water. Mix on slow for 2 minutes and scrape down thoroughly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.

Pour the batter into a greased 2lb sized loaf tin.

Bake at 180°C (360°F), Gas Mark 4 for 50 – 60 minutes.

Remove from the tin after 5 minutes and cool on a wire tray.
