“I would just like to say how wonderful your cakes mixes are and so easy and quick to mix and bake. I have so far only tried the Ginger and the Toffee one (both delicious) but hope to try the others soon. The finished cakes keep well for several days too. Thank you for such a splendid idea. I am buying the mixes from a local wholefoods store in Northampton, called Daily Bread.”

Deb's Tips

This is delicious and our very first microwaveable recipe which means it can be produced in an instant for last minute guests at home or made anywhere that has a microwave; in your caravan, impress your friend in her flat on a girls night in, a treat if visiting a poorly relative at home. Just don't eat this tasty Toffee creation all at once!
