Toffee & Apple Slices

METHOD

METHOD – (Makes 1 tray – 12 to 15 portions).

Mix together all the ingredients listed above for the “Cake” to make a batter.
Pour this into a well greased or pre-lined baking tray (approx 27 x 17.5cm or 11 x 7 inches).
Sprinkle the Demerara Sugar (decoration) evenly over the top of the cake.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360° F) gas mark 4 for approximately 30 – 35 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from the tray and cutting into slices

I have just started using Wright's products and I am one happy lady. I have used the Chocolate Fudge, Toffee and I have a Ginger cake in the oven as I write this email. I have already converted my daughters. So I just like to say THANK YOU.
