Wright's Premium White bread mix is made from a quality blend of wheats, milled in the traditional way.  Our most popular mix and a great base for adding your own additional ingredients.  This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines and creates delicious home baked bread and rolls either savoury or sweet and thin and crispy pizza bases straight from your oven.  Suitable for vegetarians, the bread, when cooled and covered freezes very well.
