Wright's Classic Ciabatta mix is the classic open textured bread from Lombardy. It is delicious plain or as a base for your own ideas or ingredients. Half a pack of this mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home. The bread can be used for the deepest deep pan pizza base, whatever the family favourite topping is. Wright's Classic Ciabatta bread mix is suitable for vegetarians and, with the addition of water and a little olive oil creates 2 authentic Ciabatta loaves from one pack. Ciabatta is Deb the Bread's favourite mix and freezes well. Add chopped black olives or sliced mushrooms to the Ciabatta. Or, use this mix to produce other Italian specialities such as Puglesi, Panini, Focaccia and Il Forenzio.
