Wright's Mixed Grain is a complete bread mix with nine different grains and seeds that gives it its distinctive taste.  High in fibre, this bread has a healthy appeal for creating mixed grain bread and rolls.  Great for those of you who enjoy a low G.I. diet. This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home.  The bread is a great base for your own ideas, whatever the family favourite is. Wright's Mixed Grain bread mix is suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.  It is available in a yeasted 500g and available as an un-yeasted version in 12kg but called Multi Grain. With the addition of sultanas, nuts and even apple, this mix can be used for the production of muesli bread.
