Ingredients
- Classic Ciabatta Bread Mix 5 x 500g
- 500g Wright's Ciabatta Bread Mix
- 100g Nut Cluster Style Breakfast Cereal
- 50g Soft Brown Sugar (Optional)
- Demerara For Topping (Optional
MAKING BY HAND
Make up the Ciabatta bread mix following the instructions on the pack. Should a sweet version of this recipe be required, add the soft brown sugar to the bread mix prior to mixing the dough.
Rest the made up dough for 5 minutes, then knead through the breakfast cereal – this method would keep the cereal whole.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces for bread or 12 pieces for rolls. Mould into desired shape, place on baking tray and prove in a warm place for 25-30 minutes or until doubled in size.
If desired, sprinkle with demerara sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C C (425°F) gas mark 7 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. (Slightly less for rolls).
