Pizza bases made with Premium White
- PREP: 40 minutes
- BAKE: 20 minutes
- SERVES: 4
500g of Premium White will give you 3 pizza bases you need a little more oil and less water as stated above.
Make up your dough and divide into 3 balls – cover and rest for 10 minutes
Roll out each ball and place on a baking tray
Cover with a damp tea towel; lightly oiled plastic or polythene and prove in a warm place for 30 – 35 minutes or until doubled in size.
Remove the cover and spread with equal amount of tomato puree and decorate as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, (425°F, Gas Mark 7) for 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
I read the blog about the Tear & Share bread, I've made it lots of times all my friends love it, I have also given copies of the recipe to several people, We have a Munch & Mingle after church on the last Sunday of the month and I usually get asked to make some of the tear & share, everyone loves it.
