Turkey Parcels

METHOD

METHOD (Makes 8)

Use the bread mix, oil, sugar and water to make up a smooth, well developed dough make up a smooth, well developed dough
Divide into 8 pieces, mould into balls, cover with a damp tea towel; lightly oiled plastic or polythene and rest for ten minutes
Remove cover then roll each ball out to a 15cm (6 inches) diameter disc and fill with the given filling using evenly for the 8 parcels
Moisten edge and fold over to form a pasty shape. Prick top with a fork
Place on a greased baking tray, cover again and prove in a warm place for 30-40 minutes
Remove cover before baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C ( 425°F, Gas Mark 7) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
