Wright's Chocolate Fudge cake mix works uniquely with bread making machines as well as in a 2lb loaf tin in your domestic oven. Producing an authentic, traditional style cake also suitable for loaf cakes, gateaux bases, slices or 16 individual cakes.

“Just to thank you for prompt delivery of my order – less than five days from posting it, and to comment on the chocolate cake mix. I didn’t know this existed as my supermarket doesn’t stock it, and I was uncertain about trying it – I have a distaste for oversweet cakes, and usually make my own. Not only did it have the right level of sweetness but, unlike most commercial counterparts, it didn’t have that awful cloying consistency which gives the effect of chewing cotton wool.
