Baked by you – at home.

Baked by you – at home.

Stef at Stef’s Brownies has been trying something different by attempting baked donuts using our Chocolate Fudge cake mix. Stef has baked these and said “What strikes you first the minute you open up the packet is it’s aroma. I was greedy and had a little lick of the mixture and the flavour is exactly what it says on it… chocolate fudge”. They have baked up beautifully and of course Stef has decorated them perfectly – see our featured image – as he always does!

As I haven’t been in touch since Easter, I just wanted to share with you the lovely images here of Lacey & Evie making Easter buns with our Chocolate Fudge mix.

Nichola was busy over Easter, making this lovely Cream Egg brownie with our Chocolate Fudge Mix – delicious. Thanks.

Nichola also created these gorgeous Orange Blondies as an Easter treat with our Orange cake mix & a chocolate orange topping. Very tasty – thanks.

Thanks Cheryl – yes we would like to see the Easter cake that you made with our Chocolate Fudge mix in your slow cooker! Cheryl used 2 x 500g packs of Chocolate Fudge cake mix and slow cooked it for 2 & a half hours in her large slow cooker. Decorated with cream eggs, Cheryl said “it was really moist and plenty for the big party we had”. Thanks for sharing such a lovely cake with us.

Another lovely Easter cake appeared before my very eyes – weather was wonderful so the cake was served with ice cream – why not. Thanks so much Till so glad you enjoyed the cake made with our Madeira mix!

A fabulous Focaccia here that Veronica created with our Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia mix. Just out of the oven – it looks amazing and I wonder how much a lovely loaf like that would cost from the shop? Which is never as fresh as baking at home – thanks for sharing this one Veronica.

Rob Allen created a batch of beautiful bread knots, made with our Cheddar Cheese & Onion bread mix. Rolled out with Marmite spread over the dough, cheese grated on top and pieces of Peperami on. Folded, cut & plaited. Once baked they’re brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley. Thanks Rob – absolutely delicious!

Richard on Instagram loosely plaited our Cheddar Cheese & Onion bread mix and added an egg wash on top to give it some shine & create a lovely crust. Thanks so much @rich123z

Sharon of @Paddingtonsplace on Instagram created this fabulous football cake with our Orange cake mix & a few additions, as you can see. This was for a birthday treat for some lucky person – it looks amazing Sharon – Thanks so much.

I was sent these gorgeous Ginger & Kiwi Mini Bundt’s – made by Veronica as a memorial to a once, wonderful friend.  Made with our Ginger cake mix, Veronica put them together to make her friend proud – well I would be very proud of myself if I had created them. 12 of these came out of a 500g bag.

Overloaded pizza by Karen, overloaded with bacon, ham, chorizo, Parmesan, mozzarella & basil with a spicy tomato sauce, Karen kindly said “the base made as always with Wright’s Cheddar & Sundried Tomato mix“. Thanks Karen it looks so delicious.

Chris kindly said “I can’t resist the packaging of your cake mixes, so I had to buy an Orange cake mix and bake up these muffins. I also bought a Madeira cake mix for later.” I can’t wait to see how the Madeira turns out Chris. Thank you.

Thanks Paul for sharing these awesome Oat and Linseed dinner rolls said by @BaldBakerPaul to have been “made with the fantastic @wrights_baking Oat and Linseed bread mix”.

Our bread mixes are easy to make by hand and brilliant in your bread machine as well. Helen tried our Cheese & Onion bread mix recently – baking up this beauty. Look at the lovely gluten strands which are formed during kneading of the dough. A good kneading causes the gluten strands to get stronger and longer. Thanks Helen.
