Recently baked by you at home – for us all to enjoy!
Look at this Cheese & Onion loaf gosh! Rob baked up one of our Cheddar Cheese & Onion mixes and not only filled it with additional cheese and bacon, he put a generous amount of cheddar on the top too. It looks amazing – thanks Rob.

This beautiful Unicorn themed birthday cake was made for Sofia’s 5th birthday. The vanilla sponge was made with our flour + a raspberry & white chocolate buttercream. To complement the cake itself, Valentina made some Unicorn cupcakes as party bag fillers! All made with our self raising flour – just divine – thanks Valentina.

Oh that does look lovely and lemony – presenting Ian’s “Just out of the oven, citrus drizzle cake made with Wright’s Madeira cake mix”. Thanks so much for sharing this summery stunner!
Dawn made these Madeira & Ginger Cakes recently for her last day at work – she looks far too young to retire so its possibly a change of jobs – hope they went down well with everyone – thanks.
I thought I had gone crackers when I saw these – thanks Teresa what a great idea! 200g of dough from our Oat & Linseed bread mix has been made up with the normal amount of water and rolled thin into these rustic looking crackers. The rest of the dough is baked into rolls. The crackers are baked for around 40 minutes at gas mark 5, they break up beautifully and have become a family favourite apparently – no surprise at that! Superb when served with cheese but I will be having a go and enjoying them with a soup and a salad.
Oh I say, I can see that Janet is having a Chocolate and Orange cake day. Love the marble cakes and the orange roses. Great photography & gorgeous cakes – thanks.
Lin’s lovely wreath – I popped a nice bread wreath up for Fresh Spinach day last month and Lin said “Deb you inspired me to make a wreath of bread stuffed with cheese, tomato, pepperoni and onions. It needs practice but tasted yummy”. I bet it tasted delicious & as a first attempt I think it looks amazing!
Despite having her baking tins on the other side of the Atlantic – Karen made a lovely loaf with our Cheddar & Sundried Tomato mix. The beauty of baking at home is that you can bake any shape. Karen enjoyed her “freshly baked cheddar & sundried tomato bread and melting butter. What’s not to love”. I completely agree!
Angela has made this marvellous Mixed Grain bread in her bread machine – a nice fresh batch from us has almost given it a lovely muffin top! Popped in her Panasonic
bread making machine for 1 hour & 55 minutes – lovely!
Nice post from Mrs. Jones who said “One of the things I think I’ve neglected recently is my ongoing love of coffee and cake. I rectified that yesterday with the help of a Wright’s Orange Cake packet mix. I love baking and cooking from scratch, but sometimes I have neither the time or the inclination and that is when Deb the Bread has me covered!  The cake is simplicity itself. Empty packet into bowl, add milk and oil, then mix. Pour into prepared tin (traybake tin in my case), and bake.
Mmm Martin – thank you – look at this awesome homemade pizza just out of the oven!
The base of which was made with our Cheddar & Sundried Tomato mix which creates a marvellous Mediterranean flavour to your pizza as Martin will always verify!
We think Angela’s Orange cake is awesome! Made with our Orange cake mix – available from Morrison’s. Just look at all those orange fruit pieces throughout the cake – a taste of summer on a plate – or on a serviette!
Chocolate Heaven Birthday Cake made by @eandmtreats on Instagram with our Chocolate Fudge cake Mix. Rich, rich extra rich chocolate cake with all the trimmings.
Grahame baked some of our Cheddar Cheese and Onion bread & added some basil from his herb garden. Saying it was “Delicious” I simply say “oh the beauty of baking at home”!
Thanks Jane – love your fluffy Madeira cake made from our mix with lemon & blueberry. Jane asks whether to serve with cream or ice cream? Cream for me please!
A frequently featured home baker to this page is Till who this time has created Mixed Grain mini bread baskets, carrying nuts, fig & blue cheese.  Made with a little help from our Mixed Grain bread mix – would love to have thrown one of these little baskets down my throat.  Must have a go myself!
Nice one Deb – a birthday cake made with our Madeira cake mix. A lovely summer birthday calls for special summer fruits – it looks delicious thanks
Here’s Jane’s twisted version of an apple crumble – made using our Toffee cake mix.  A tin of sliced apples with a layer of granola on the base of the sponge tin, add layer of apple slices, add any remainder of apples to the cake mix, make up the cake as directed & pour over the apple & granola – why not!
Yes, our bread mixes are a great base for your own ideas as Kathryn has proved over the weekend with this lovely loaf! Kathryn added dried onions, a dash of black pepper & some grated Parmesan cheese to our Premium White.

Sharon had a bit of a baking weekend recently and said “the Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia was a big hit … just a few crumbs left” – looks awesome, studded with olives and married up with some of our merchandise! Thanks.
This Chocolate Fudge Piñata cake was made by Sandy with our Chocolate Fudge cake mix & filled with sweets for a real surprise inside for her friend. What a wonderful gift – thanks Sandy.
And finally, Ladies & Gentlemen this is how you do a Macmillan Coffee Morning/Grand Raffle in aid of the Cancer Support Group.  This event was held at the ‘Top Bird’ pub in Newhey over the weekend of 7th/8th September and the ladies very kindly said that “with the help of Wright’s, we managed to raise an amazing £1,216.83p.   Although Jane, Vicki and Lynn organised the event we know that we could not have done it without your help and support”. How absolutely lovely ladies – well done!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful bakes with us.
