This Month’s Awesome Hall of Fame!

Wow a wonderful cake that Gail made for her nephews 30th birthday with our clever Chocolate Fudge mix. Wish I was 30 again!

Yes, The Great British Bake Off is back on Channel 4 and, amongst all the controversy of it changing channels – we are really enjoying it!  Robert made this cute Cottage Loaf with its beautiful belly button top and created this from our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato mix!

Rob also produced another Cottage Loaf using our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato mix and bacon! 

Any of you entering this month’s competition that Puzzler Magazine are offering? A Wright lovely prize if I say so myself!

Ahead of The Great British Bake Off’s Cake Week, Nichola followed one of our fruited Carrot Cake recipes and baked up these two beauties for the Bank Holiday Weekend!

We liked Bread Week on last weeks Great British Bake Off and so did Paul Hollywood, saying it was one of the best!  We particularly liked the Tea Cakes – well who doesn’t like a Wright good Tea Cake!

Continuing the bread or bun’s theme.  Till made some lovely rolls recently.  Made with our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato mix, he added a few ingredients and a good lump of cheese to the centre!  Delicious.

Our awesome Oat & Linseed in Paul’s bread making machine! Paul said this is always a winner in our house as it is so easy in the bread machine.

Well, a new one on me but with only 25 years in the baking business, I am always learning!  Val popped a 500g Ciabatta Bread Mix into her Bundt tin – creating this lovely light loaf!

A stunning cake from Sammie – featuring our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix which she turned into a Dreamy Chocolate Cake with chocolate fudge icing and little biscuit balls. Scrumptious!

Huge thanks to Judith who had a real task in making 17 cakes for an outing with Age Link, providing 150 pensioners with cakes for a boat trip!  Judith said she could not have done it without us!
